Just wondering if any of you out there have actually gone through with a spell or incantation and if you have, what was it for?
I really used to be into the whole Pagan/witch/new age stuff when I was in junior high school and I played around with some spells. I never thought they would work and I only went through with most of them because I loved collecting herbs and minerals to mix together. I think I mostly did good fortune spells. I loved carrying around amulets that I had blessed but I was never fully into the whole ritual witch scene. I liked reading about it more than anything (& I still do). So any of you have spell stories?

I have not experimented with spells or potions. I have never really believed in it but I do find it intriguing and fun to read about.
I have played with tarot cards though and thought they were kind of cool and I have read some palm reading books which were interesting. I have even bought stones where they claim to have powers of bringing you money etc but I have always found that they didn't work!
Have any of you played with a Ouji Board? Now there is where I have had some freaky experiences. I will say I will not touch one of those anymore!

This is my first post, sorry if I'm a bit unexperienced at replying.
I've been studing the Wiccan religion, but haven't attempted any spells yet because I haven't felt the time has been right. I've read that a person shouldn't attemp to mess around with any love spells or black magick, so I haven't been interested in those.
But I have thought my first spell to be for good fortune becasue it seems to be the best amature spell to perform. I'm mostly into the idea of using candles though instead of herbs.

I haven't really tried any spells but I think it may be cool to try for the fun of it. Do you know if it actually works for anyone?

I don't think I'd want to try anything like this, with my luck, I'd end up somewhere I wouldn't want to be.

lol i did a car blessing to make sure that my trip from nc to oregon and well it was a very safe trip! So the first blessing/spell/ritual (whatever you want to call it) worked well for me!

Last weekend I went on a three day trip with my friends from university. And I took my Tarot deck with me. Before that I have never done any reading for anyone else.
So, in the evening, when I was doing my everyday reading for myself, in the living room of the motel, a friend of mine came to me and sat next to me. He had lots of questions to be answered, when I talked with him, most of my friends in the living room gathered around me, and everyone wanted a reading.
So, for that whole night I was reading tarot for them. Every one (except one) of them was satisfied for what I have told about their past, present and future. They told me that what I have told about their past and present are true and the future is what they really expect.
Only one of my friends, the most playful and mischievous, got V of Cups and VIII of Cups which means dissatisfaction. He is the only person who was not satisfied of my reading. All the other 11 people was satisfied of their reading, and I’m happy…
Next morning, one of them have found a book I took with me, on the Craft from under my pillow, and have read it. I was reading it in the night the day before. So, now they know that I’m a Witch

Am I wrong? I always thought a woman was a witch & a man was a warlock. I have a friend who is Wican, I'am going to have to ask her.
